Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, including Stripe. VVP does not need to directly store complete payment card information when payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider.

4. Client Portal and Uploaded Content

We use submitted video footage, audio, photographs, graphics, documents, and related materials to provide requested services. Raw client footage stored by VVP will generally be deleted after 60 days. Final files held in VVP-controlled cloud storage may be deleted 30 days after delivery. Clients should maintain backups of important raw and final content.

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics technologies, and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Meta technologies, and Framer website technologies, to understand website use and improve marketing.
