Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Vertical Video Pro is operated by Flight Year Productions, LLC. VVP provides video editing, content strategy, creative support, education, and related content services. We believe effective content can help businesses and individuals improve visibility, communication, brand awareness, and marketing efforts. However, VVP does not guarantee any particular business, financial, audience, or social media result.

No Guaranteed Results

Your results depend on numerous factors, including your industry, market, audience, existing brand, content quality, consistency, offer, sales process, publishing frequency, creative decisions, platform, advertising, competition, market conditions, and execution. VVP does not guarantee views, engagement, follower growth, leads, customers, transactions, sales, revenue, profit, or return on investment.

Social Media Performance

Platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and others are operated by independent third parties. Their algorithms, features, policies, distribution systems, advertising systems, and user behavior can change at any time. VVP does not control these platforms or guarantee distribution, engagement, or visibility.

Case Studies and Client Results

Our website, advertising, social media, sales materials, or other communications may feature actual client results, case studies, testimonials, performance metrics, or examples. A specific client result reflects that client’s experience and circumstances and is not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar result.

Business and Financial Results

A client’s reported sales, revenue, transaction volume, leads, customers, or other results do not necessarily mean VVP content was the sole cause. Performance may be influenced by referrals, reputation, advertising, sales efforts, market conditions, prior marketing, networking, other vendors, and the client’s own work.

Testimonials

Testimonials reflect the honest experiences or opinions of individuals at the time they are given. Individual experiences vary.

Historical Performance

Past performance does not guarantee future performance. Algorithms, audiences, competition, markets, platforms, and creative execution can materially affect future outcomes.

Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your business decisions, offers, claims, advertising, sales activities, publishing decisions, compliance with laws and platform policies, and use of content created by VVP.

No Professional Financial Advice

Nothing provided by VVP should be interpreted as financial, investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice. Discussions of business growth, revenue, marketing performance, or similar topics are for informational and educational purposes.
